In keeping up with recent Lion King theme, I am taking you to Disney's Animal Kingdom!

I love walking around every aspect of Animal Kingdom! From the fantasy of Pandora to the Kilimanjaro Safari, you won’t be disappointed! I always have my phone or camera on hand to preserve those Disney memories!

I wanted to share a few tips on capturing beautiful photos during your safari!

The best camera is the one you have in your hand. Your phone is all you need to produce incredible images. If you have a camera you'd like to bring, bring it as Disney is very accommodating. We love our Loungefly bags to hold our camera and easily stow away during the rides.

When exploring on the safari you will see over 34 species on 110 acres, so you keep your eyes open! Try to choose an outside seat so you can have an unobstructed view of the animals. Recently, plexiglass barriers have been added for safety, in person, it doesn't bother the experience but might add a challenge for photographing. Riding twice allows you to get views from both sides! It's a win-win.

I have found the animals are most active at park open and sunset. Every time I have gone on safari I have seen plenty of animals to photograph, so anytime is a great time! At sunset you will notice a very brightly colored sunset every night thanks to the magic of Disney Imagineers.

As always be on the look out for the small details and hidden Mickeys, My favorite one is located near the flamingoes. The ostrich eggs, the Baobab tree and a few other details blow my mind!
