Sometimes things happen — items arrive damaged, broken, or with imperfections. We want to make it right!

We're happy to replace broken and damaged items that arrive in that condition. Just email us at Orders@MouseMarketplace.com with a photo (we need that for UPS, USPS, and vendor claims).

Note: All refunds and exchanges must be approved in advance by emailing Orders@MouseMarketplace.com.

We cannot refund: Items that have been washed or returned in non-resellable condition.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and must be in re-sellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in re-sellable condition, including items that have been worn, washed, or returned with damaged packaging.

Restocking Fees: In some cases, a 30% restocking fee may apply to returns on custom boxes, themed boxes, print-on-demand items, pre-sales, and custom-made apparel—if a return is allowed.
